A state employee was arrested for excepting bribes in Honolulu, Ha. It just goes to show you, that bribes are still alive and well. Most of the other DMV employee were honest but there is always a bad seed somewhere! The comments were very good!

In 1931, Meyer Lansky and Lucky Luciano took control of all the Gambling in Saratoga, N.Y. All the Casino's in town were now theirs. In the past many of the Jewish gamblers had managed these joints but for others. Nick Arnrstein and Arnold Rothstein were two of these individuals.

Paul Dicocco was my friend and partner. He was my (our) friend from 1972 until his death in 1989 of complications from a heart transplant. Paul worked for and with Meyer Lansky from 1949 to Meyers death. Paul was also Carmine Galante's partner in real estate in Schenectady, N.Y.
